Sherryta Freeman, AD at Lafayette College, joins @TaiMBrown to
discuss her evaluation process as she completes her first few
months in the chair. Freeman discusses how making connections
within the department and on campus allows her to empower those
under her leadership to handle tasks more efficiently. She also
discusses setting goals and expectations for those on staff,
explaining that each person will be evaluated based on the five
values which guide the department.
